Established in 1966, the Sharif University of Technology has entered into a new, exciting and challenging era that will lead to a world class prominent technology institute known for it’s pursuit of excellence in academic programs, scientific research , and top engineering services to Iranian industries.

Integration of Engineering, Basic Sciences, Management & Economics, and Languages & Linguistics  is an initial underpinning for unique, flexible, and socially responsible undergraduate and graduate programs that our university offers to a broad and diverse group of carefully selected students generally holding the highest rank of all applicants for higher education within the country.
